In other news, yesterday was a sort of first proper night for Grease! Because every actual night has sold out, they offered up places for the dress rehearsal, and got something like 80 people watching! It was amazing fun, and I didn't feel nervous at all! It was just a complete rush! The atmosphere with everyone is so much fun, backstage all you do is laugh and sing and flounce around, and on stage it's just as relaxed and brilliant. I loved every moment of it. I think the only night I'll get nervous will be Friday night when mum, dad and Luke come to see it, because I KNOW they'll be looking at me and not, y'know, everyone. Ah well.
That's me on the left in the fabulous green dress, darling.
Also, did I mention we have a CAT now? We've had him since Christmas, I feel bad for not mentioning him sooner. When nan passed away in October she left behind her six year old fluffball, Tigger. We kept him at her place for a while trying to work out what to do, and in the end decided that we'd ditch the 'no more pets' rule for another ten years. :P
This is how he sleeps.
Here's a short video of him being cute. Mum's convinced he'll fall down the stairs someday.
