Christmas was lovely. We spent the day in our usual fashion, that is to say, watching television, listening to Christmas music, opening gifts, eating food and drinking. I woke up really early and couldn't get back to sleep, so I watched the newest My Little Pony 'Friendship is Magic' cartoon. It's great being a grown up.

My loots this year were great, I got a new digital camera because mine has been playing up a lot lately. I can't wait to take it out this week and snap some proper photos with it.
Sonic Colours, Mario Galaxy 2 and Epic Mickey for the Wii
Money towards 'whatever I want', which I've translated to 'LAPTOP LAPTOP LAPTOP!1!!one'.
These gorgeous Animal boots.
A awesome 'it's kind of Russian looking' hat, haha.
Gorgeous bra/knicker set :>
Lots of makeup, socks, lotions and 'girlie things', including a slipper/foot care set and some bedsocks from Moose's parents, which was really sweet of them. I've never had gifts from anyone's parent before, it made me feel really included. Considering our age gap and the fact he met me online and yadda yadda yadda, that means a lot, y'know?
Moose got me some books, an 11th Doctor Sonic Screwdriver and snuggie blanket thing (don't ask). He also bought me Killing Floor on Steam, and gifted me this hat on TF2, which he renamed and stuck a description on:

I love him so much. Anytime I kill someone as a Heavy now (which admittedly doesn't happen often), they will see that. Yay for public displays of affection. <3 That description tag seriously made my morning. :>

He and I are both waiting for gifts that still haven't arrived in the post, so we're basically considering them 'Anniversary Gifts' now, since we celebrate a year together on Jan 26th (isn't that insane?)

I haven't seen my friends yet, because Christmas was an organizational nightmare this year, but Luke's already bought me Just Cause 2 on Steam (which doesn't work on XP, poo on that), and two Christmas themed hats on TF2. DC gifted me Torchlight yesterday too, which has only just finished downloading due to my internet running on cogs. Yay!

Doctor Who was fantastic! Matt Smith remains amazing and I remain annoyed that I love his Doctor so much. The whole episode felt strange and really Bioshock-y to me, same colour palet, same atmosphere (thought not nearly as creepy, despite being a Moffat episode). The Series 6 Trailer is really exciting, too. Stetsons are cool.

Boxing Day is usually a lazy, do very little and eat much leftovers day. We get turkey curry tonight, boxing day tradition! I'm currently watching a documentary on Hitler and Nazi Germany. FESTIVE! And then I'm gonna hook up the Wii in a moment and play the first Sonic game that's not meant to be terrible. I hope everyone's had a fabulous Christmas so far!
